Over the course of 6 months in 2018, BCUMEN met with Managing Director of IER Group, Fabrice Godeau, to understand and uncover the industry pain points his team faced and establish common metrics to be used for discussions.

A week before Christmas, the IER Group Asia Pacific Middle East / Front Office Team flew into Singapore where BCUMEN carried out the FU Selling (formerly: EDGAN) strategic sales training.

Not only were the team trained with strategic selling tools, they also experienced the usage of relationship matrixes and ways to increase productivity in their day to day work.

After weeklong training filled with cross-learnings, project work, group discussions and roleplaying, we are confident to say the team at IER Group has been equipped with stronger communication skills and understand the science behind the art of selling.
