Founded by three friends with a love for health, nature and fun, Lemon Lemon looked to expand into the international market under a new brand.

Conflict

Unfamiliar with the Singapore landscape, the owners contacted BCUMEN for services to bring their café from Shenzhen, China into Singapore. 

BCUMEN created a new brand along with its signature stories, brand identity and advised on new product launch strategy and infusing innovation into existing products to suit the local tastes based on market research. 

Resolution

Lemon Lemon will be opening their flagship store under a new brand in November 2018 including 10 new products specially crafted towards the Singapore taste.
